米フィラデルフィアを拠点とするインディーズ･レーベル Sweet Chunk から、大阪を拠点に活動する作曲家/マルチプレイヤーである noda yûki によるカセットテープ作品がドロップ！毎年夏が過ぎ去った後に訪れる、得体の知れない喪失感。その喪失感の中から見出した「発見」をインスピレーションの源として制作。ギターやキーボードの生楽器が持つ温かみと、エレクトロニカによる繊細な電子音響の融合により、「時間の経過」や「記憶の断片」を呼び起こすようなノスタルジックで情緒的なサウンドスケープを描き出したショート･トラック33曲を収録しております。静かな夏の空気感を見事に音楽で表現した、癒やしと深みのあるインストゥルメンタル作品です。

A new cassette release has arrived from Sweet Chunk, an indie label based in Philadelphia, featuring the work of Osaka-based composer and multi-instrumentalist noda yûki. The album draws inspiration from the "discoveries" made amidst the inexplicable sense of loss that often sets in after summer fades. Blending the warmth of acoustic instruments—such as guitar and keyboards—with delicate electronic textures, the collection comprises 33 short tracks that paint nostalgic, evocative soundscapes, conjuring images of the passage of time and fragments of memory. It is a deeply moving and soothing instrumental work that masterfully captures the atmosphere of a quiet summer.
