Jonah’s Ilka, who runs his own label Floatin of Soiree and is active in various fields including DJing and artwork production, presents the numbered mix series "No." The second installment of the series, originally released in 2020 as a limited edition CD of 200 copies, is now happily reissued on cassette tape! This work is themed around "emotional misunderstandings" and crosses a wide range of genres including electronic, R&B, soul, and disco, mainly from the 2010s. With an exquisite sense of looping that draws the listener in and a selection of tracks that have a beautiful floating feeling like drifting through a city at night, the approximately one-hour mix brilliantly expresses the feelings of gain and loss in the face of favors, disloyalty in love, and the hidden sides of relationships, resulting in a cinematic finish.
