DUBYANAGI【TAPE】+DL - J-ONE & gooddick

クラブ、フェス、Bar、ギャラリー、ホテル、商業施設、お寺…ありとあらゆる現場を乗り越え、互いに長年の修業を経てきた、金沢の多才かつ謎多きアーティスト「gooddick」、J-Recordsオーナー「J-ONE」との初レゲエ・ミックステープ。 Diggerではあるが、非レゲエDJである2人が集めたコレクションを、エフェクト+サンプラーも使用しつつ絶妙なchill感覚でミックスした約90分。 そして、今回のタイトルにもなった、本番ジャマイカとは全く縁もゆかりもない土地、金沢東エリア、高柳でRecしたことから生まれた造語「DUBYANAGI」が今作の重要キーワード。 ジャケットデザインは若きホープ、DANCER.DJ兼デザイナーのKeikoが担当。 3人による妄想レゲエツアーが今始まる…

Clubs, festivals, bars, galleries, hotels, commercial facilities, temples... Having conquered every conceivable venue and honed their craft over years of mutual dedication, Kanazawa's versatile and enigmatic artist “gooddick” and J-Records owner “J-ONE” present their first reggae mixtape. Though they are diggers, these two non-reggae DJs have gathered a collection, mixed with effects and samplers for an exquisite chill vibe spanning approximately 90 minutes. The key term for this work is the neologism “DUBYANAGI,” born from recording in Takayanagi, Kanazawa's eastern area—a place with absolutely no connection or ties to Jamaica proper—which also became the title for this project. The jacket design is by Keiko, a rising star who is a dancer, DJ, and designer. The three-person imaginary reggae tour begins now...
