英リーズ/独ライプツィヒにてキャリアをスタートさせ、現在は地元であるロンドンを拠点にDJとして活動する傍、ロンドン南東部に構えるナイトクラブ M.O.T の共同ブッカー兼デザイナーとして、他に類を見ない視覚的/音楽的審美眼を築き上げてきた mi-el によるミックステープが TTT からドロップ。ダンスホール/ジャングル/ダブ･テクノ/バイレ/グライムなどをサウンドコラージュを交えつつ横断した、約1時間25分にわたるシネマティックかつ実験的なミックスに仕上がっております。
mi-el, who launched her career in Leeds, UK and Leipzig, Germany, and now operates as a DJ based in her hometown of London while also serving as co-booker and designer for the southeast London nightclub M.O.T., has built an unparalleled visual and musical aesthetic. Her mixtape drops via TTT. This cinematic and experimental mix spans approximately one hour and twenty-five minutes, weaving together dancehall, jungle, dub techno, baile, grime, and more through sound collage.
