We have acquired a rare, deadstock copy of the historic live album released in December 1969 by The Plastic Ono Band, led by John Lennon and Yoko Ono. This album captures their legendary performance at the "Toronto Rock and Roll Revival" festival held in Canada on September 13 of that same year; it stands as a landmark release, marking the first time an active member of The Beatles issued a live album. The setlist offers a thrilling progression that mirrors a pivotal moment in rock history: an energetic first half featuring passionate covers of the rock 'n' roll songs that shaped John's musical roots alongside Beatles classics; a middle section showcasing new solo material and anthems for peace; and a final act that explodes into an avant-garde experimental session led by Yoko.
