豪アデレード出身のインディー･ロック･バンド、Swapmeet が、2026年7月に名門インディー･レーベル WINSPEAR からデビュー･フル･アルバムをリリースいたしました！高校最後の年（2020年）に結成された彼らは、全員がボーカル、ソング･ライティング、マルチ楽器演奏をこなす高い実力を持ち、アデレードのローカル･シーンから瞬く間に世界へと活動の幅を広げた要注目の新星4人組です。本作では、90～00年代オルタナを再解釈した、Pavement や Sebadoh、近年のWednesday や Feeble Little Horse にも通じる直球のローファイ･サウンドを展開した全9曲を収録。初恋や失恋、焦燥感、不安など、理想と現実の間で立ち止まる若者の等身大な感情を、繊細なギターとダイナミックなサウンドで見事に描き出した、瑞々しさ溢れるデビュー作となっております！

Swapmeet, an indie rock band hailing from Adelaide, Australia, released their debut full-length album in July 2026 via the prestigious indie label WINSPEAR. Formed during their final year of high school (2020), this quartet of rising stars—each highly skilled in vocals, songwriting, and multi-instrumental performance—has rapidly expanded their reach from the local Adelaide scene to the global stage. The album features nine tracks that reinterpret 90s and 2000s alternative rock, delivering a straightforward lo-fi sound reminiscent of Pavement and Sebadoh, as well as contemporary acts like Wednesday and Feeble Little Horse. Bursting with youthful vitality, the record masterfully captures the authentic emotions of young people caught between ideals and reality—feelings of first love, heartbreak, restlessness, and anxiety—through a blend of delicate guitar work and dynamic soundscapes.
