カナダはトロントを拠点とするサウンド&ビジュアル･アーティスト JFM こと Jesse Frank Matthews が2014年に、同郷の Pleasence Records からリリースした作品です。2010年に音楽のリリースを開始し、これまでに RAMZi、Eric Copeland、Container、Ylang Ylang といった錚々たる面々と共演を果たしてきた彼。本作では、断片的かつローファイなサンプリングのループに織り交ぜた巧みなエフェクト使いによって、彼の内省的な思考とサンプラーが自由に駆け巡り、アヴァンギャルドな奇妙さが際立ったミュータント･テクノを展開!!

JFM, a.k.a. Jesse Frank Matthews, a Toronto, Canada-based sound and visual artist, released this album in 2014 on his hometown label, Pleasence Records. He began releasing music in 2010 and has since collaborated with a stellar list of artists, including RAMZi, Eric Copeland, Container, and Ylang Ylang. This album features fragmented, lo-fi sampled loops interwoven with skillful effects, allowing his introspective thoughts and sampler to run free, resulting in mutant techno with a striking avant-garde strangeness.
