Villagerrr is the solo project of Ohio-born singer-songwriter Mark Allen Scott. This young singer-songwriter is garnering attention after touring with artists like Real Estate and releasing a new album on Winspear, the label that has produced numerous popular artists. This album features a warm sound that incorporates folk, alternative, country, and slowcore elements. It explores themes of loneliness and forgiveness, exploring relationships, friendships, heartbreak, and how to internalize and cope with life's conflicts and pain. It also features collaborations with Lydia Slocum (feeble little horse) and Merce Lemon.
