This release is a reissue of a promotional mix by Mark Grusane, a legendary Chicago artist, native record dealer, and owner of the renowned record shop MR. PEABODY RECORDS, for an underground party called The Witch Is Back, which he organized with some friends during his high school days in 1992. As Grusane himself states, "It's a mix that reflects the era of '92, fusing Chicago house with the European minimal techno that was just emerging in Chicago at the time."
