Transcoastal Night Drive【TAPE】- Personal System 個人システム

ポルトガルを拠点に活動しているブラジル人アーティストのFelipe Bortolotiによるプロジェクト、Personal System 個人システムが老舗アンビエントレーベルであるConstellation Tatsuよりリリースした『Transcoastal Night Drive』が入荷いたしました！

題名通り、夜のドライブを題材とした本作はラジオから流れる荒い音声やノイズで構成されたA1『Last Gas Station Before the Horizon』より始まり、海岸線を緩いスピードで流す風景をVAPORWAVEを通過した音像で表現したA2『Blurred Streetlights』、その後も爽やかな風が吹き抜け、涼やかな空気を思い起こさせるA4『The Gentle Movement of Palm Leaves』など、一本を通して深夜の海岸の静けさと緩さ、そして夜明けにまで至っていくような情景を描き出しています🌴

We’ve just received a shipment of *Transcoastal Night Drive*, a release from *Personal System*—a project by Brazilian artist Felipe Bortoloti, based in Portugal—on the long-established ambient label Constellation Tatsu!

True to its title, this album—which takes a nighttime drive as its theme—begins with A1, “Last Gas Station Before the Horizon,” composed of rough audio and noise streaming from the radio. It continues with A2, “Blurred Streetlights,” which uses a vaporwave-infused soundscape to depict the scenery of cruising along the coastline at a leisurely pace, and continues with A4, “The Gentle Movement of Palm Leaves,” which evokes a refreshing breeze and cool air. Throughout the album, it paints a picture of the quiet, laid-back atmosphere of the late-night coast and a scene that seems to stretch all the way to dawn. 🌴
